OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be totally happy about the product(s) you purchase from the TMK’s (Team
Martin Klyver) webstore at Klyver.se. If at any time within 14 days of receiving your item(s),
you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.


The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The
product(s) must not have been used. The product(s) must be returned in the same way as when
you received it.


The customer pays for the return shipping. When the return is refunded the original shipping
fee will also be refunded.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
When we receive a returned order we make sure that the product(s) is in good condition and
make sure that the correct item(s) was returned. When the return has been approved we start
the refund process. The refund could take a few business days to be completed depending on
the payment method. A return is usually completed and refunded within 2-9 business days
after receipt of the returned goods.


1. Request a return note via email TMK@klyver.se.


2. Fill out and return the Return Form to TMK@klyver.se.


3. Make sure the product is securely wrapped when packing the return. You are responsible
for the package until received by me.


4. Send the package to me (Address can be found on the return note). You can use a courier of
your choice, but preferably the same as I used to send you the goods. Keep the receipt from
the courier and the tracking number if applicable.


WITHDRAWAL
According to Swedish Law (2005: 59) 2 chap. 10§ you always have 14 days of withdrawal.
To claim the right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us within 14 days of receipt of the
product. If you want to regret your purchase, please use our standard return form contained in
any package you receive from us. If you use this form, you do not need to inform us in any
other way that you regret your purchase. You may choose not to use our enclosed return form
and instead claim your right of withdrawal by notifying us by mail TMK@klyver.se


PURCHASE AT TMK ONLINE
When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been
transferred.


DONATIONS/SPONSORING
A donation or sponsoring contribution by a private/legal person is a voluntary contribution of
a voluntary amount. E.g. Fill my fuel tank, Service my bike or any other present or future
initiative. This contribution will be used towards the overall target to reach the set goal. The
contribution will not be refunded incase the target cannot be achieved of whatever reason,
unless specifically agreed in writing prior to the processing of the contribution. The
contribution may be used in its entirety on one singe post or on several different posts, hence
no traceability can be guaranteed for the consumption of the contributions.


PRICES
All pricing at TMK are including 25% VAT and related duties.
We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the
world market.


SHIPPING FEE
Our shipping fee, within Sweden, is 75 Kr. For shipping outside of Sweden please do consult
prior to placing your order.
Items will be delivered by the most convenient forwarder to your destination. Make sure that
you fill in the complete delivery address including all details. Incomplete delivery addresses
will cause a lot of issues and possibly extra costs.


DELIVERY TIME
The aim is that all items will be shipped within 7 days. If, of any reason, it will take longer we
will clearly communicate and you will have the possibility to exercise your right of
withdrawal as per above paragraph.


PAYMENT
Payment should preferably do done via Pay Pal.
If any other payment method want to be utilized then contact us prior to placing your order to
avoid problems.


ERROR ON DELIVERY
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged product,
please contact me at TMK@klyver.se immediately. The error has to be reported no later than
five days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into
consideration.


ERROR ON DELIVERY BASED ON WRONG ADDRESS INFORMATION
Shipped orders that has to be returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information
given by the customer, unfortunately will have to be charged full shipping costs both ways.
